Not much to report here. I dived right into a second pair of socks. I'm using a different pattern (check it out on the sidebar) and am liking this one better so far. The toe looks a million times better than my last attempt. I think maybe I'm a toe up kinda girl. Of course I haven't gotten to the backwards heel yet...
I'm making these socks out of
Fixation which I'm completely in love with. It's good for me because it forces me not to knit so tightly. It's color 9442, which actually has some blue and white mixed with the green and purple you see in the sample. I LOVE IT!!

Still haven't gotten my scrapbook page scanned. Tomorrow I'll try to remember to do that. It's kinda a pain to do because of how everything's set up right now. Oh well.

I've actually gone back to my squiggley scarf today. Maybe I'll finish a scarf before I have to go back to school and brave the cold. I start back the 20th and am not all that excited. I love school and classes and all, but I'd rather get up when I'm ready :)

  1. Ooh, I love that color!! Purple & lime green. Sublime. ;)

What's Fixation like? I've never used any Cascade yarns, although I have seen 220 in a shop that I go to every once in awhile.

  2. Fixation is sooo nice! It's super stretchy which is cool for socks. That's what I can't knit to tight. The colors are great and it feels really nice. Check it out :)
